Stonebridge Assisted Living

Stonebridge Assisted Living is located in Hagerman, Idaho. It is a 16 bed assisted living facility nestled in a new senior focused community subdivision.

The facility was built in 2006 as a 12 bed assisted living facility and has since grown to a 16 bed facility in order to better meet the demands of the community. The structure is built out of a log cabin style siding that makes it feel like a nice but rustic comfortable place to live. 

We provide assisted living, respite care, day care, as well as in-home assistance. We have a large wheelchair accessible van that we utilize to take our residents out on field trips to help them continue to enjoy the great state of Idaho. 

Our caring staff does whatever is necessary to make sure our residents feel at home. We provide 3 meals a day along with snacks and activities. We accept both Medicaid as well as Private Pay residents.
