Stonebridge Assisted Living

Stonebridge Assisted Living – Wendell is located in Wendell, Idaho. This facility is a new facility that opened in the summer of 2015. 

It is a 16 bed facility that is designed with a large great room, dining room and kitchen as the focus of the facility. The resident’s rooms are off the hallways surrounding these areas, this gives the resident the option to enjoy the social aspect of the facility but when they want to be in their room they are not bothered by the outside noise. 

There is also a large covered patio in the back yard where our residents are able to sit and enjoy the clear crisp air that Idaho has to offer. We provide assisted living, respite care, day care, as well as in-home assistance. We have multiple vans that allow us to take our residents out in the community on field trips. We provide 3 meals a day along with snacks and activities. We accept both Medicaid as well as Private Pay residents.
